1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Fun Polls, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Service Description

Fun Polls provides simple poll landing pages, vote collection, aggregated results, and email campaign tracking features. Email sending, contact list management, and campaign delivery may be handled by an external sender.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in connection with email campaigns where recipients have been collected and contacted according to applicable rules. You must not use the service to distribute abusive, misleading, illegal, or unauthorized content.

4. Polls and Results

Poll results are shown in aggregated form. The public voting experience must not display personal recipient information. Internal event records may include email, campaign id, timestamps, clicks, opens, and votes for operational and analytics purposes.

5. Email Campaign Responsibility

If you use an external email sender, you are responsible for configuring sender identity, recipient lists, unsubscribe handling, consent records, and compliance with the policies of that sender and applicable email marketing laws.

6. Data Accuracy

The service records events based on links, tracking pixels, and submitted votes. Opens and clicks may be affected by email client behavior, privacy protections, forwarding, image blocking, caching, or user-side changes to link parameters.

7. Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fun Polls is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing campaign configuration and data handling before real-world use.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
